Mississippi State Representative Jeramey D. Anderson to Receive Most Influential People of African Descent Under 40 Award.

The ceremony hosted by the Most Influential People of African Descent will honor individuals transcending race with their achievements in politics, business, media, religious, and humanitarian endeavors impacting popular culture all over the world.

Moss Point, MS (September 22, 2017) – In support of the United Nations (UN) International Decade for People of African Descent representing years 2015 – 2024, the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), a global civil society initiative, will honor high achievers of African descent under the age of 40 from around the world. This event will be held on September 26, 2017 at the One UN Millennium Hilton Hotel in New York, New York following the opening session of the United Nations.
